This Privacy Policy explains how Kadam(the “App”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. Kadam is a hyperlocal commerce and fitness app: you walk to nearby stores, earn in-app StepCoins, and place or collect orders. By using Kadam you agree to this Policy.

Kadam is operated by an individual based in Bengaluru, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act, 2023), you may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent for optional permissions, and raise a grievance (Section 11).

We delete your personal data on a verified request, except information we are required to retain by law (e.g. transaction records), which we keep only for the legally required period.

9. Children’s privacy

Kadam is intended for users aged 18 and over (see our Terms). Consistent with the DPDP Act, 2023, we do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of children (persons under 18).
